Some of the information gathered for this component came from its datasheet from the ST website itself which goes into much depth on exactly how the chip functions. The manufacturing information, however, is not included in the ST datasheet, rather on a datasheet from a separate site, datasheetarchive.com, that identified the symbols "MYS" and "99" as manufacturing location symbols. The last piece of information was sourced from ST's site again when describing exactly what the chip does as it was too complex to change the wording.
